ORDERING INFORMATION
We except the following:
General Ordering Information
- Freight is non-refundable.
- All orders can be made via Internet, Telephone, FAX, Mail-Order, E-Mail.
- We ship all of our items in a plain box with ACT or PEE. as a return address.
- The billing address on the credit card must match the shipping address.
- Online orders must be received by 3:00pm Central Standard Time for overnight delivery.
- You can still call us until 5:00pm for overnight delivery.
- Online orders are for customers in the U.S. only.
- Money orders or certified checks are excepted. No personal checks, or COD's please.
Ordering Online
- Click on the product you are interested in to bring up the details page for that product.
- Once on the details page for that product, you may add the product to your shopping cart by clicking on the link "Add to Cart".
- When adding a product to the shopping cart, the shopping cart page will load, showing the details of that selection.
- You can then either choose to "Checkout" and finalize your purchase or return to the product page by clicking on "Continue Shopping".
- You may add as many products as you wish to your shopping cart.
- If you wish to remove an item from your cart, while viewing the shopping cart you may enter 0 for the "Quantity" field provided, then click the "Recalculate" link.
- Once you decide to finalize your purchase, click the "Checkout" link on the Shopping Cart page.
- Then fill in comments and billing information.
- After you have completed the form, click the "Submit this Order" link found at the bottom of that page.
Note: Please enter into the "Comments" field the 3 digit security code found on the back of your credit card. It will be the last 3 digits.
- You're order may not ship without this authorization
code. SpyCentre is not responsible for lost orders due to incomplete
information.
Ordering by Mail
- You may place an order by using our postal mail address or by using our email address. Both can be found at the bottom of each page.
- Please provide a detailed list of the products you are interested in purchasing.
- Include a shipping address that matches the billing address on your credit card.
- Provide a phone number so we may be able to contact you to verify your order.
- List your account number, expiration date, and the 3 digit security code found on the back. It will be the last 3 digits.
- Specify the shipping method that you prefer. If no method is specified, then ground shipment will be used.
- For an expedited overnight shipment, please call for shipping cost.
- Please remember to include shipping cost with your payment.
- Ground: $10.00
- 2nd Day Air: $25.00
- Next Day: $40.00
- Ship to PO Box: $35.00
Note:
These shipments costs are estimated costs based on
average size packages. Larger packages may require more freight than
what the system estimates. Please be aware that we will contact you if
there is a difference in shipping. For example: Large overnight packages
will require additional freight fees.
update 2/16/2006. UPS fuel charges have gone up and
resulted in increased shipping costs.

- Call any of our 3 locations to place an order by phone.
- Have your order information and credit card ready when making the call.
Our Return Policy
Due to the nature of our products
we have a no refund policy. We are glad to switch you to a
different product within the first 7 days after receipt of the product.
This will ensure that you will get the right product for the job.
Most tape or telephone recorders have a 6 month warranty, but many have a
1 year. Our cameras have a 6 month warranty. In the event you receive defective
merchandise, please call us at (800) 292-7748 to obtain a return
authorization number. Any shipment we receive from customers without a
valid RA# will be refused without question.
Please write this RA number on the outside of your package.
