NO REFUNDS. Spy Centre Security offers a 7 day exchange on product for equal or greater value.
There is a 20% restocking fee of product exchanged after 7 days but within 30 days. No exchanges for different product will be accepted after 30 days. Defective product over 30 days will be sent back to manufacturer for warranty repair. Product over 1 year warranty will be subject to repair costs from manufacturer.
CCTV Cameras, DVR’s and digital telephone recorders carry a 1 year warranty unless otherwise stated. All other product including body worn cameras, body worn recorders and covert body worn audio carry a 90 day warranty unless otherwise stated.
We do no offer refunds or exchanges on any computer/cellphone software that has been installed.

Private Eye Enterprise, Inc. is a Texas Corporation founded in 1990, doing business as Spy Centre Security, commercial division and Spy Centre retail division. We began as a catalog retailer of surveillance equipment, and have evolved into security camera specialists. Four convenient store locations. You always know where to find us.
Always require a physical address and phone number where you can contact a CCTV company. We have four “brick and mortar” stores so you can always phone someone for technical support, or come to the store to get a face-to-face demonstration. We deal with many customers who are left high and dry by other CCTV companies when they no longer return phone calls. Remember their cell phones and web sites can disappear without a trace.

Technical license to work in the security industry.
Ask for and verify their current license number. Private Eye Enterprise, Inc. is licensed by our President/ CEO Michael Dear under C-class license C09375. C-Class license is the most qualified level of licensing, meaning that he has fulfilled the requirements and continuing education for both an A-class (private in- vestigator) and B-class (security company). Check out the Texas Commission of Private Security at their website, http://www.txdps.state.tx.us/psb/ and search by name or company name to check if they are currently licensed.
Properly insured for your protection.
Private Eye Enterprise carries full general liability and workers compensation insurance. This helps protects both the customer and the company from unwanted exposure to damages. We will provide a copy of our insurance waiver upon request. A CCTV company that does not carry this insurance exposes you to professional liabilities.
