The Spy Centre began retail operations in 1990 under our Private Corporation, Private Eye Enterprise, Inc. Owner and President, Michael Dear, brings ten years of expertise as a private investigator. (Texas c-class license) Because of a lack of knowledgeable equipment dealers in 1990, Michael began to study, research and sell the equipment used for all types of surveillance. Since then, the Spy Centre has grown to be a leader in this industry.
Our employees undergo continuous training and certification on new products in the marketplace. The benefit of this experience is the service you will receive before, during and after the sale. Our experienced Spy Centre personnel will demonstrate how every product is setup and how it operates.

Private Eye Enterprise, Inc. is a Texas Corporation founded in 1990, doing business as Spy Centre Security, commercial division and Spy Centre retail division. We began as a catalog retailer of surveillance equipment, and have evolved into security camera specialists. Always require a physical address and phone number where you can contact a CCTV company. We have four “brick and mortar” stores so you can always phone someone for technical support, or come to the store to get a face-to-face demonstration. We deal with many customers who are left high and dry by other CCTV companies when they no longer return phone calls. Remember their cell phones and web sites can disappear without a trace.

Ask for and verify their current license number. Private Eye Enterprise, Inc. is licensed by our President/ CEO Michael Dear under C-class license C09375. C-Class license is the most qualified level of licensing, meaning that he has fulfilled the requirements and continuing education for both an A-class (private in- vestigator) and B-class (security company). Properly insured for your protection.
Private Eye Enterprise carries full general liability and workers compensation insurance. This helps protects both the customer and the company from unwanted exposure to damages. We will provide a copy of our insurance waiver upon request. A CCTV company that does not carry this insurance exposes you to professional liabilities.
