Service Plans
A) Basic Maintenance Plan
- No additional monthly fee, included in purchase price
Includes cost of defective or faulty equipment repaired or
replaced under warranty during first 1 year
Includes cost of defects in workmanship or labor under
warranty during first 90 days
Includes free phone technical support during the first 90
days
- Includes free software updates for
download from Spy Centre Security
- Customer provides their own self
maintenance, cleaning, re-aiming, tuning, etc.
- Additional repairs are billed for
time and materials as needed **
B) Preventative Maintenance Plan - monthly fee
** INCLUDES ALL ITEMS IN BASIC PLAN PLUS
Includes a loaner DVR during the maintenance plan whenever the
customer's unit needs off site service
Customer receives 4 quarterly visits per year for
preventative maintenance to include:
- Cleaning, focus, and re-aim cameras to maximize
performance
- Cleaning, tuning, de-fragment HD on digital video
recorder to maximize performance
- Software updates, DVR maintenance to be performed on
site by Spy Centre Security
- Customer retraining on system 1 - 2 hours per quarter
as requested
C) Proactive Maintenance Plan - monthly fee
** INCLUDES ALL ITEMS IN PREVENTATIVE PLAN PLUS
Monthly remote visit and
checkup to verify system is working properly. Monthly screen
print to verify cameras are up and running.
If a problem is found the customer is given priority service
availability over other customers outside this service plan.
This
plan is for customers with a high reliance on camera uptime.
** Damage from intentional or unintentional misuse, damage from
unauthorized service, damage from acts of God (fire, flood,
lightning etc), and damage from negligence are not covered under
the Basic, Preventative or Proactive Maintenance plans.
** Lift rentals are not covered under ANY maintenance plan, it is
always the clients’ financial responsibility to provide lift
access to cameras for any service to be provided
