The Digital Wireless Outdoor Camera comes with everything you need to setup a single camera system at a home or business. Each kit comes with a weatherproof outdoor wireless camera that has built in IR that can see up to 30 feet in complete darkness. One key feature of this surveillance camera is its use of a 2.4Ghz auto selection DIGITAL wireless signal. Unlike a 2.4Ghz ANALOG solution this is not prone to interference or distortion from other wireless signals in the area; such as a wireless phones or routers. The auto selection capability of this unit also makes it so you can have a wide array of this wireless equipment in use at the same time, due to its 80 available channels. A normal analog signal on the other hand would only allow for around 4 at a time. The operating distance of this digital wireless camera is up to 1000 feet (clear line-of-sight).

The wireless system features dynamic selection technology to resist interference. An integrated image processor supports MPEG4 encoding and decoding, transfers signals with variable video bit rate up to 12 Mbps, and supports video resolution up to 720 x 480 at 30 fps. Over 4 million sets of random ID codes prevent transmission of video signals to unintended receivers, thus ensuring increased data security.

With 1/4" SONY color CCD image sensor, the Digital Wireless Camera delivers clear images at a horizontal resolution up to 420 TVL. The 3.6 mm fixed lens offers a 90° angular field-of-view suitable for wide angle surveillance.
